Founder of IPD Consulting in 2006, Mark has over 20 years of professional experience in the civil engineering industry with extensive knowledge in investigation, design, documentation, estimating, tender evaluation and contract administration of a wide variety of civil engineering projects, water and waste water transfer and treatment projects.
